How to autofill Google Forms with data from Google Sheets?

You can upload your customer data to google sheets and easily create prefill links in bulk to autofill google forms.


How to create prefill links in bulk?


  • Open your form in Google Forms

  • Install the Formprefill addon (click here)

  • Click on the addon icon

  • Click Formprefill

  • Click Create prefill links

  • Click Proceed

  • Share page will open in a new tab

  • Click on the three dots ⋮ More icon

  • Click Export to Sheets

  • Google Sheets will open in a new tab

  • Enter the id, email and name for all the customers

  • Click Extensions

  • Click Formprefill

  • Click Save prefill links

  • Select the form(s) and click Next

  • Verify and click Sync now

Formprefill automatically generates new prefill links based on the data entered in Google Sheets. The generated prefill links will be displayed in the Formprefill Share page.
