The Prom Fantasy Experience

The Prom Fantasy Experience is a 12 week training program comprised of runway modeling training and a teen self help workshop series. The culminating event is a spectacular fashion experience executed by selected teen models. The program commitment includes rehearsals each Saturday from 3pm-5pm beginning November 2, 2024-January 25, 2025. Email Release
I grant RHDreams permission to communicate with myself and my child via email for the purpose of sharing information regarding RHDreams and/or The Prom Fantasy Experience.

Facilities Use Policy and Release
1. Students who come early to rehearsal or are waiting to be picked up must wait inside of practice venue. Neither the practice venue nor its faculty are responsible for students once they leave the practice venue.
2. Neither the practice venue nor RHDreams are responsible for students left unattended outside of the facilities/practice venue.

Photo Release
I grant RHDreams permission to take photographs or video of my child for promotional purposes of the organization, including but not limited to use in printed publications including brochures, newsletters, social media platforms, websites and other electronic media.
