CHS Show Choir Audition Application 2024-2025

On behalf of Central Singers, we are so excited for your interest in show choir! This is our audition application to gather lots of important info about you and your family so that we can best communicate with you over the next few months! None of this information will be shared beyond the directors.

At the end of this form you will find important audition day information AND read and digitally sign an audition day contract. All of the following information and more will be available for reference on our website, centralsingers.org. More information regarding show choir fees, rehearsal schedules, Lone Star Show Choir Invitational, Boot Camps, etc. will be communicated at our May "You Made It Meeting!" and can be found on our website after this meeting.
