A pet handed back because the landlord said no costs you weeks and costs the animal a home. Applicants tell you about their housing and current pets up front, so you choose the home that fits.
Catch the landlord's no before adoption
A pet handed back because the landlord said no loses its home and you lose weeks. Applicants say whether they rent and if pets are allowed, so you check first.
Know the pets already at home
A new dog can clash with pets at home, and you hear when it's returned. Each pet's breed, age and spayed or neutered answer arrive first, so you judge fit.
One pet, three applicants, a fair choice
When three people want one dog, comparing long emails feels slow and unfair. Filter your Sheet by the pet's name, compare home and current pets, then decide who to call.
No fee surprise on pick-up day
An adopter who hears the fee on pick-up day can walk away. They tick I agree to pay $100.00 on the application, so pick-up day is about the pet.

Neartail Neartail enabled me to create customized forms and systems for my business. Before using Neartail, a significant amount of my time was consumed by manually calculating pricing, managing orders, and tracking inventory. Neartail provided a seamless, highly efficient system that has eliminated hundreds of hours of administrative work. What was once time-consuming and prone to error is now streamlined, accurate, and remarkably easy to manage.

Love it Good record keeping of orders placed and a professional look and feel for our customers Perhaps bring more help functions into the editing side of the forms and more flexibility on unique layout and design for individual Order Forms

We utilized Neartail to make our ordering form more robust within Google Forms. The customizable template and ability to create formulas to help with tax on supplies was a life saver for a huge order we worked on for two of our locations. I could not be happier with Neartail, and the customer service that I received from Vipin. He was very responsive and helped so much!

I liked everything about Neartail! I especially love that I can cancel until I need it again in a few months. Most other platforms require annual and I just don't use it enough for that. You made me look like a Rock Star for the one little event that we have twice a year. Normally we just use free software because we can't justify a years subscription. THANK YOU!!

Neartail is a simple, well-built tool and their customer support is fantastic! We use the software as a will-call for our internal ops, and it has added a lot of value for our business. Thanks to Vipin and team for a great experience thus far. They are always ready and willing to help, and even jump on a call when needed. Looking forward to scaling this further

I loved how easy it was to set up a simple website with a professional appearance for our temporary merchandise site. I'm not technical so building something from scratch would have been impossible and we are a small NFP without budget to have a website built for us. The reporting functionality is great and easy to navigate and technical support was only an email away with fast responses. Monthly cost was very reasonable. Overall delighted with the service. Thanks!!
