Room for whatever they can give
Someone with $20 may leave when your lowest option says $50. They type their own amount, alone or on top of a cause, and Total donation amount adds it up.
Thank donors before they wonder
A thank-you written days later leaves a donor wondering if you got it. Set a confirmation email with their cause, total, your thanks and how to send the gift.
Spend each gift as donors asked
One total can't tell your board how much donors gave for meals. Total your Google Sheet by Donation Type and decide what each program gets this quarter.

We utilized Neartail to make our ordering form more robust within Google Forms. I liked everything about Neartail! I especially love that I can cancel until I need it again in a few months. Most other platforms require annual and I just don't use it enough for that. I loved how easy it was to set up a simple website with a professional appearance for our temporary merchandise site. I'm not technical so building something from scratch would have been impossible and we are a small NFP without budget to have a website built for us. The reporting functionality is great and easy to navigate and technical support was only an email away with fast responses. Monthly cost was very reasonable. Overall delighted with the service.
